Shepherd’s Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the diced onions until soft, then add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add thyme, rosemary, salt, black pepper, beef broth, and tomato paste to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 5-7 minutes.
