Pork Carnitas
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into 1-2 inch cubes
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
