Breakfast Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
