Breakfast Skillet
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
